Is your pasta vegan?
For the most part, yes. I also offer egg noodles, however, most of my pasta offerings are vegan, and all the sauces are 100% dairy and meat-free.
How much pasta will I receive?
Each box of vegan pasta contains 12oz, which should be enough to feed four people.
Each box of gluten-free pasta contains 10oz, which should be enough to feed three people.
Once I place an order, how do I get my pasta?
Once placed, I’ll have your order ready to go within a few days. After that, you can either pick it up, or it can be delivered for an additional charge.
Your prices are a lot higher than boxed options at the store.
Yes, they are; my pasta is intricate and handmade, and every order takes me days to complete. It’s truly a labor of love, as well as the way I make my living. I think, upon consumption, you’ll find the price is worth it ;)

How long will the pasta keep?
Because it’s handmade and fresh, it has a significantly shorter shelf-life than what you’ll find in the grocery store. Your pasta will be delivered frozen and I recommend consuming it within two weeks. Make sure you store your pasta in the freezer until you are ready to prepare.
